Christmas order cutoff is December 10th. Anything ordered after the 10th is not guaranteed to be delivered by Christmas. International cut off is November 20th.

EVERYTHING {Except clothing} IN THE STORE IS HANDMADE TO ORDER.

We are at 5- 14 business day turnaround, if you need the item sooner please purchase the priority shipping option at checkout. 

This will upgrade shipping and pay for rush fee.

Payment

Cancelations are only accepted if the order is not marked shipped. Once it is in the mail cancelations are not accepted.

If it is a custom order once we start making the product we do not accept cancelations. Regardless if it has been marked shipped or not.

Shipping

We are at a 5-14 business day processing time. We are closed on weekends and all major holidays.

Need an order quicker?

The priority shipping option at checkout also includes our rush fee. This means your order will be moved up and shipped out via priority mail.

All orders are shipped first class, unless upgraded, with a tracking number. We ask that any tracking questions be directed towards USPS.

Once item is marked delivered by USPS we are no longer responsible for the package. 

It takes an average of 3-9 days for delivery via first class. Priority mail takes an average of 1-3 days at for delivery. Again we ask that any tracking questions be directed towards USPS. Depending on where you live this can affect the shipping time. Please be patient and keep in mind we have no control of the package once it is shipped.

Once your package is marked delivered you have 3 days to report problem. Once past the 3 day mark we are no longer responsible.

FREE SHIPPING listings are only valid for USA residents.

INTERNATIONAL SHIPPING: International shipping can take anywhere from 7- 40 days for delivery once marked shipped.

Return policy:

All shipping costs are non-refundable.

No returns. All sales are FINAL on all hand made items in store.

Apparel returns are accepted for store credit only. No full refunds. 

If your item has been personalized/customized or special ordered, we do not accept a returns, refunds or exchanges for your order unless I have made an error.

Refunds or replacements only offered if items are broken upon receiving in mail, or a mistake on the order on our part. We require a clear photo of the item broken before offering any reimbursements or returns. ONLY under special cases.

We do not offer full refunds on orders that have been returned due to a incorrect address. Buyer can pay for reshipment or buyer will be refunded for the item. NOT including original shipping fees.

If the item is lost in mail (if not marked as delivered yet) we do not offer full refunds.

Apparel Exchange policy:

Apparel returns & exchanges are accepted for store credit only.

If item is marked final sale or bought on discount greater than 30% they are not valid for returns or exchanges. Buyer is responsible for ALL shipping costs  

Buyer will be reimbursed for the ITEM but not the original shipping. All shipping costs are non-refundable.

The apparel item you are returning must meet all of the return guidelines below:

Customer is responsible for shipping the return item to us.

If returning or exchanging item it must be postmarked within 7 days of the date of original delivery. Item must be unworn, undamaged, clean, unused.

If an item is returned and appears to be worn, have makeup, deodorant or animal hair on them, smelling of cigarette smoke or fragrances, damaged, postmarked past our 7 day cut off the original date of delivery or that are Final Sale, they will not be accepted. We will contact you to pay to ship them back. If no response after 30 days we will donate to local charities.
