Free shipping over $150 only applies to first class shipping on retail orders in the US. Not valid for international shipping or priority mail.

INTERNATIONAL SHIPPING: International shipping can take anywhere from 7- 40 days for delivery once marked shipped.

Because our inventory changes so quickly we do not offer exchanges only returns.
Undergarments, body suits, jewelry, stickers, handmade items & hats are final sale.
Sale section items and items purchased at a discount greater than 20% are considered final sale.
Buyer is responsible for reshipment charges on packages that have been returned due to incorrect address.
The apparel item you are returning must meet all of the return guidelines below:
Customer is responsible for the shipping the return back to us. Customer can pay for us to generate a return label for them. Please email us to do so. AdelynElaines@gmail.com
If returning item it must be postmarked within 10 days of the date of original delivery. Item must be unworn, undamaged, clean, unused with tags attached. If purchased in person 10 days from purchase date.
If an item is returned and appears to be worn, have makeup, deodorant or animal hair on them, smelling of cigarette smoke or fragrances, damaged, postmarked past our 10 day cut off the original date of delivery or that are Final Sale, they will not be accepted. We will contact you to pay to ship them back. If no response after 30 days we will donate to local charities.

We are closed on Friday-Sunday and all major holidays. Please allow a minimum of 48 hours for response.
In the case a refund is processed there is a 2.6% + 30¢ fee. This is what our website hosts charges us regardless of refunding or not.
