Cancelations are only accepted if the order is not marked shipped. Once it is in the mail cancelations are not accepted.

If it is a custom order once we start making the product we do not accept cancelations. Regardless if it has been marked shipped or not.


FREE SHIPPING OVER $50 only applies to first class shipping on retail orders in the US.  Not valid for international shipping or priority mail

The priority shipping option at checkout also includes our rush fee. This means your order will be moved up and shipped out via priority mail.

All orders are shipped first class, unless upgraded, with a tracking number. We ask that any tracking questions be directed towards USPS.

Once item is marked delivered by USPS we are no longer responsible for the package. 

It takes an average of 3-9 days for delivery via first class. Priority mail takes an average of 1-3 days at for delivery. Again we ask that any tracking questions be directed towards USPS. Depending on where you live this can affect the shipping time. Please be patient and keep in mind we have no control of the package once it is shipped.

Once your package is marked delivered you have 3 days to report problem. Once past the 3 day mark we are no longer responsible.

INTERNATIONAL SHIPPING: International shipping can take anywhere from 7- 40 days for delivery once marked shipped. We are not responsible for any duties or fee’s  

Return policy:

Clothing color may vary slightly on different monitors and screens. Please keep this in mind when shopping  

All Sezzle transactions that are canceled or retuned will receive a refund minus the Sezzle fees. 7% transaction fee.  

Sezzle transaction minimum is $40. 

All shipping costs are non-refundable.

No returns on all hand made items in store.

Apparel returns are accepted for store credit only. No refunds.

If your item has been personalized/customized or special ordered, we do not accept a returns, refunds or exchanges for your order unless we have made an error.

Refunds or replacements only offered if items are broken upon receiving in mail, or a mistake on the order on our part. We require a clear photo of the item broken before offering any reimbursements or returns. 

We do not offer full refunds on orders that have been returned due to incorrect address. We will invoice the buyer for reshipment and ask them give us an update address.

If the item is lost in mail (if not marked as delivered yet) we do not offer full refunds.

Apparel Return / Exchange policy:

Apparel returns are accepted for store credit only.

If item is marked final sale or bought on discount greater than 20% they are not valid for returns or exchanges. Buyer is responsible for ALL shipping costs.

Because our inventory changes so quickly we do not offer exchanges only returns. 

Buyer will be issued a gift card for the order but not the original shipping. All shipping costs are non-refundable.

The apparel item you are returning must meet all of the return guidelines below:

Customer is responsible for shipping the return item to us. Customer can pay for us to generate a return label for them. Please email us to do so.

If returning item it must be postmarked within 7 days of the date of original delivery. Item must be unworn, undamaged, clean, unused with tags attached..

If an item is returned and appears to be worn, have makeup, deodorant or animal hair on them, smelling of cigarette smoke or fragrances, damaged, postmarked past our 7 day cut off the original date of delivery or that are Final Sale, they will not be accepted. We will contact you to pay to ship them back. If no response after 30 days we will donate to local charities.
