We offer ROUTE shipping insurance at checkout. If you opt out of the package insurance we will not replace a damaged or missing package. Order without insurance at your own risk.

Free shipping over $150 only applies to first class shipping on retail orders in the US.  Not valid for international shipping or priority mail.  

We ask that any tracking questions be directed towards USPS.

INTERNATIONAL SHIPPING: International shipping can take anywhere from 7- 40 days for delivery once marked shipped.

We are not responsible for any duties or fee’s you may be charged at delivery. 

 SEZZLE: Sezzle transaction minimum is $40. 

All Sezzle transactions that are canceled or refunded will receive a refund minus the Sezzle fees. 7% transaction fee.

Returns are accepted for store credit only. No refunds. 

Buyer will be issued a gift card for the order minus the original shipping fee for returns.

Our inventory changes quickly so we do not offer exchanges.

Undergarments, body suits, jewelry, stickers, handmade items, books & hats are final sale.

Sale section items and items purchased at a discount greater than 20% are considered final sale. Shoes purchased at any discount are considered final sale. 

-Customer is responsible for the return shipping fee.

- Buyer is responsible for reshipment charges on packages that have been returned due to incorrect address.

The apparel item you are returning must meet all of the return guidelines below:

If returning item it must be postmarked within 10 days of the date of original delivery. Item must be unworn, undamaged, clean, unused with tags attached. If purchased in person 10 days from purchase date.

If an item is returned and appears to be worn, have makeup, deodorant or animal hair on them, smelling of cigarette smoke or fragrances, damaged, postmarked past our 10 day cut off the original date of delivery or that are Final Sale, they will not be accepted. We will contact you to pay to ship them back. If no response after 30 days we will donate to local charities.

Customer service is closed Saturday - Monday and all major holidays. Please allow a minimum of 48 hours for response during business hours.

In the case a refund is processed there is a 2.6% + 30¢ fee. This is what our website hosts charges us regardless of refunding or not.
